Educator Award

Do you teach baking in a classroom or community program?
You may be eligible to win $1,000

Each year the Home Baking Association awards outstanding educators in classrooms and communities who engage individuals, families and communities with the many educational benefits baking provides for personal, family or professional development.

Entry Deadline: May 1st, 2024

The Home Baking Association’s annual Educator Award is a testament to the organization’s commitment to fostering baking education in schools and communities. This contest invites educators from all backgrounds, whether they teach in elementary schools, high schools, culinary programs, or community organizations, to share their innovative approaches to incorporating baking into their curriculum.

The submission process is a piece of cake, so no need to feel intimidated! Educators simply need to submit a description of their baking program or lesson plan, along with any accompanying materials such as recipes, photos, or videos. Whether you’ve implemented a weekly baking club, integrated baking into your science curriculum, or organized community baking events, the Home Baking Association wants to hear from you!

Share this page with your friends and colleagues and let us know if you know someone who has what it takes to win!
